Reputation & Thanks button.
Hello
I have enabled "Reputation" points, plus a "Thanks" button.
Reputation can be added (or subtracted) depending on the post.
To the the right of the post you should see + & -.
You simply click on the plus sign to add to someones rep.
Alternatively click the minus sign to detract points.
Don't go mad...
The "Thanks" button will only work for one post per thread.
Once one post has been thanked, all other thanks buttons are greyed out.
For an example see this thread.

Hello
Just thought I'd add that whether these two features stay is entirely down to you.
So speak up or forever hold thy peace.....

Re: Reputation & Thanks button.
Hi
Still haven't worked out how/why the "Thanks" button appears in some posts.
But not others.
Though the fact it is limited to one thanks per thread is a pain anyway.
Maybe the "Rep" is the future.
If any recognition is to be shown.

Re: Reputation & Thanks button.
Hello
Update.
Have discovered that the "Thanks" button is only visible to thread creator.
It is only available to a single post.
The idea being is that the thread creator "Thanks" the poster with the best contribution.
But this can only be done once & I don't believe it can be changed.
Should later post(s) seem more deserving.

Haha...I can see my reputation in minus numbers before too long
