hey Al some of the Toronto Maple leafs have started informal practices this past week it was reported. the pree season starts in about4 weeks i think.

When does the season start proper ?
My local cricket season starts 2nd week in October and we've been training for a few weeks now. The younger ones.... not me. Takes too long to recover.

Yeah !! Good on ya !!!

Just had my second session last night (indoors). It was a nice quick one hour session. Takes longer for me to get over the soreness. Gotta love getting old. Don't like batting indoors but it just helps get the body going.
