Re: DVD-Ranger, version 3.7.0.2 UPDATE
I have a lifetime license for the software so is this feature being added to version 4 and it will just be an update, or will the software have to be purchased?
Re: DVD-Ranger, version 3.7.0.2 UPDATE
Since only users with Ranger 3.7.0.2 could install version 4, and if you now buy a Lifetime license of Ranger you get version 4, I'd say it's included.

Re: DVD-Ranger, version 3.7.0.2 UPDATE
Hi
This answer is speculation.
Why?
Because history shows that you do pay for an upgrade.
N.B. They state quite categorically that "new" purchases on DVD-Ranger entitles the "new" buyer to free upgrade.
Now this doesn't mean that owners with older licenses will have to pay.
I just suggest you look at the past + the actual wording on their site.
So my conclusion is do not hold your breath.
If you do get "free UPGRADE"
If you don't then you'll have to evaluate the value to you.
* This part would not be required.
If all users of 3.7.0.2 were going to get access.
N.B. This is my viewpoint alone.

Hi
Afterthought.
You may well need 3.7.0.2.
To install - test beta.
Doesn't prevent software developers changing the goalposts when they go public.
So it might be in your interests to sign up for beta testing.
As this could "safeguard" your free upgrade to the release version.
To save you looking.
