Plenty of mischief! First on January 2, a nice m/c group ride. Then CES 2012 a few days later, and then a hearing on a motion for sanctions for forgery and perjury in a case, and seeking a large award of attorney fees, all by 1/12/2012. Next?

Well,
Let me think...
Finding $500+ for a building permit to build a small pergola. Reason for permit is pergola is attached to the house and will have a roof. Other pergola's down the track ... no roof so no permit needed.... mongrels.

I have to draw up plans and hope they like em'.

I built pergolas on my previous house without permits and have no probs at all. I suppose I'm just playing it safe. If i get sprung without a permit it's a $1000 fine and I have to tear it down and start again.
that'll be my fun...
