xchat

Hello Smile
Along with minor tweaks have changed the chat on portal from shoutmix to xchat.
This is to see if it makes any difference.
Nobody here appears to use either the mainpage or portal chats.
If not not required then maybe they should be disabled.
Your comments are appreciated.
